airBaltic CEO wants to improve communication with premium passengers

airBaltic CEO Martin Gauss, speaking at the CAPA World Aviation Summit, said (20-Nov-2014) he would like to see improvement in the provision of flight information to premium travellers. Mr Gauss said improved communication would give comfort to travellers throughout the trip.
