airBaltic CEO expects growth in business class traffic in 2014

airBaltic CEO Martin Gauss, speaking at the CAPA World Aviation Summit, said (20-Nov-2014) the airline did not achieve its aim of increasing revenue by suspending business class on some routes. Mr Gauss said customers are happy to pay a premium for the benefits offered by business class. Mr Gauss expects to see growth in business class travel in 2014.
