Air France and KLM agree on UK passenger compensation

Air France and KLM and the UK Civil Aviation Authority concluded negotiations over compensation for passengers stranded during the volcanic ash cloud crisis in Apr-2010 and May-2010 (Travelmole, 18-Oct-2010). The carriers agreed to refunds for passengers affected by the airspace closures, as well as announcing their intention to comply with other EU passenger regulations.
