Air China capital injection into Air Macau approved

Air China Ltd's Board approved (04-Dec-2009) the proposed capital injection into Air Macau, as part of which Air China will contribute MOP158.7 million (USD19.9 million) to the share capital of Air Macau, increasing its shareholding from approximately 51% to 80.9%.
