Aerolineas Argentinas acquires four new A330-200s

Aerolineas Argentinas signed (12-Feb-2014) a purchase order for four new A330-200s, the first time in the carrier's history four new aircraft have been purchased, according to CEO Mariano Recalde. No delivery or deployment details were announced. According to the CAPA Fleet Database, the carrier's long-haul fleet is currently comprised of three A330-200s and 12 A340-200s and -300s.
