Aer Lingus sees need to tailor sales activities in corporate traveller space

Aer Lingus chief revenue officer Mike Rutter Lynn, speaking at CAPA's Airlines in Transition Conference on 25/26-Mar-2015, stated (26-Mar-2015) the airline has recognised that the selling process in the corporate traveller space is to tailor its sales activities, recognising that there is no such thing as a standard sales process for buying business travel. Aer Lingus is neutral in terms of where is distributes, but have been "zealots" about distribution costs.
