    • Long-haul: 64,000, -5.9%;
  • Passenger load factor: 68.4%, -6.2 ppts;

    • Long-haul: 69.5%, -7.1 ppts;
• 12 months ended Dec-2011:
  • Passenger numbers: 9.8 million, +0.5%;
    • Short-haul: 8.9 million, +0.8%;
