AAHK: Osaka Kansai International Airport is 'under-utilised'

Airport Authority of Hong Kong former CEO Stanley Hui, speaking at the 2014 CAPA Asia Aviation & LCC Summit, stated (13-Oct-2014) Osaka Kansai International Airport is "under-utilised" and there was plenty of land around the airport to encourage Peach to expand operations at Kansai.
