China Duty Free Group to launch IPO

China International Travel Service Limited (CITS), parent of China Duty Free Group (CDF Group), announced plans to launch a USD250 million IPO in Shanghai, to raise funding for the organisation's expansion (Moodie Report, 15-Sep-2009).
