07-Sep-2013 As long planned, Philippe Calavia, Chief Financial Officer of Air France-KLM, will soon retire. Pierre-François Riolacci, currently Veolia Environnement's Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Finance Officer, will replace him before the end of this year.

Commenting on the planned departure of Philippe Calavia, Air France-KLM Chairman and CEO Alexandre de Juniac said: "I would like to recognize Philippe Calavia's outstanding contribution to the financial modernization of Air France and the building of one of the major player in the air transport industry, following the merger with KLM. We thank him for his personal commitment and efforts during the recent critical period to consolidate the Group's financial position and reduce its debt."

Biography of Pierre-François Riolacci

Aged 47, Pierre-François Riolacci is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Science (IEP Paris) and holds a Masters degree in private law. Mr. Riolacci held different positions with Total from 1990 to 2000 in the areas of corporate finance, structured finance and investor relations. He was also financial controller for several of Total's subsidiaries. He joined Veolia Environnement's Finance department in 2000. In 2003 he became Head of Control and Planning and in 2007 he was appointed Director of Finance, Veolia Environnement Group. In 2010 he became Veolia Environnement Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Finance Officer and a member of its Executive Committee.
