World airline schedules growth falls to 1.6pct, airlines contemplate cutting long-haul flights
The world's airlines have scheduled just 1.6% more flights in May-08 than in May-07, after growing their schedules by 4.7% the previous year, according to OAG. Overall worldwide capacity (seats) growth has slowed to 3% (from 5% last month).
