Taiwan's China Air to take 8 pct of mainland's Taikoo (Jinjiang) Composite

Taipei (XFN-ASIA) - China Airlines (2610.TW) said it plans to acquire an 8 pct stake in mainland-based Taikoo (Jinjiang) Composite Services Co Ltd for 678,400 usd.
The investment awaits regulatory approval on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. In a filing with the stock exchange China Air said the investment would enhance its capacity to perform composite materials repairs and maintenance.
At 9.37 am, China Airlines was down 0.15 TWD at 14.30. (1 USD = 32.30 TWD)
