Standard and Poor changes Auckland International Airport's credit rating outlook to 'Negative'

(CAPA) Standard & Poor (S&P) changed its 'A/A-1' corporate
credit ratings for Auckland International Airport Limited (AIAL) from a “Stable”
to “Negative” outlook.
S&P's outlook change followed the announcement on 18-Jun-07 that AIAL is in discussions with a number of parties regarding value enhancing opportunities, which, according to S&P, increases the prospect of an elevation in financial risk.
