Jazeera Airways obtains financing to fund fleet expansion strategy

Jazeera Airways signed a USD70 million agreement in commercial funding with European banks, DVB Bank and Natixis Transport Finance, in Nov-08, to finance the purchase of two new A320 aircraft that were delivered to the airline on 28-Oct-08 and 04-Nov-08, respectively (the aircraft were originally scheduled to join the carrier's fleet in 2009).
