Interjet considers stake sale or IPO; Mexican LCCs targetting continued expansion

Interjet President Miguel Aleman Magnani in Dec-2010 stated the Mexican LCC is considering proposals to either sell a stake in the carrier to a foreign company or list its shares in the local market to boost growth in 2011. Mr Magnani, in an interview with Reuters, stated: "They are two separate processes. Both could happen, but it is not very likely. If we get an investment first, then the (IPO) may not happen."
