Infrastructure developments for Vietnam

SYDNEY (Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation) - Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam confirmed the following airport infrastructure developments:

Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport: Construction of new Terminal 2 to boost capacity;
Ho Chi Minh City Tan Son Nhat International Airport: Extensive upgrade and expansion works, scheduled for completion by the end of 2006;
Da Nang Chu Lai Airport: Cargo centre upgrade to handle 4.5 million tonnes of freight p/a;
Long Thanh Airport (Dong Nai Province): Major expansion to boost capacity to up to 15 million passengers p/a.
