ILFC has followed its USD1.3 billion secured term loan announced last week by commencing a registered exchange offer for up to USD2.75 billion in two different classes of secured notes. USD1.25 billion in 8.625% Senior Notes due 2015 have been offered for any and all of its privately placed 8.625% Senior Notes due 2015.
USD1.5 billion in 8.750% Senior Notes due 2017 have been offered for any and all of its privately placed 8.750% Senior Notes due 2017.
