GEMINA shares surge, Autogrill gains

Shares in GEMINA, the holding company that controls Aeroporti di Roma Spa, surged 5.7% yesterday, on reports the Benetton family, the largest shareholder in GEMINA, plans to restructure its shareholdings.

The Benetton family holding company, Edizione Srl, operates in the infrastructure sector through its subsidiary, Investimenti Infrastrutture, which holds a 29.35% holding in GEMINA.

Edizione also operates in the retail sector, with shareholdings in the Benetton Group and Autogrill, and infrastructure and mobility sectors, with shareholdings in Sintonia SA and Atlantia-Autostrade per l'Italia.

Shares in Autogrill closed 3.4% higher yesterday.

Trading halt on Auckland Airport shares lifted

New Zealand's Auckland Airport lifted the trading halt on its shares from the NZSX and ASX today, now that the record date on its pro rata entitlement offer has passed. Auckland Airport commenced a trading halt on 27-Jan-2010, to ensure the shareholders register remained consistent, as the company launched the offer to raise NZD126.4 million (USD89.4 million) through a fully underwritten pro rata entitlement offer.

Shares in Auckland Airport have risen 0.51% on the NZSX since the trading halt was lifted today.
