flydubai to take delivery of remaining B737s by 2016; 1time up 4.8%

flydubai has taken delivery of 13 of the 50 B737-800s it has on order adding that it would receive the remaining aircraft by the end of 2016 as part of its commitment to increase the fleet and expand its route network.

The number of destinations flydubai will operate flights upon receipt of the entire fleet will be determined by a number of market factors at that time.

Middle East and African shares were mostly up on Wednesday (22-Dec-2010) with Kenya Airways (+0.6%), Air Arabia (+0.6%) and 1time (+4.8%) up while Lonrho (-1.5%) shares dropped slightly.
