Dubai Department of Civil Aviation (DCAA) reports (20-Jul-08) that Dubai International Airport (DIA), the busiest airport in the Middle East, achieved passenger traffic growth of 13.8% year-on year in 1H08, handling 18.46 million passengers in the period.
