Copenhagen Airports (CPH) has been an active seller of investments

of late. In 2Q07 alone, CPH divested 6.1% of its 9.85% holding in Mexican airport

operator, ASUR and its entire 20% interest in Chinese airport operator, Hainan

Meilan Airports. As a consequence, EBITDA for the period rose 27.6%, however,

EBITDA excluding these one-off items, increased a modest 1.4% in the period.
