Hong Kong-listed China Southern Airlines Co Ltd has announced plans to issue CNY3 billion (USD439 million) worth of new shares for its parent, China Southern Airlines Group Corp and its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Nanlong Holdings Ltd, to top up its capital and retire debts.
