Carlyle Group cancels plans to sell ARINC
Private-equity firm, The Carlyle Group, announced in early Sep-2010 that it has suspended plans to sell ARINC. Goldman Sachs had been retained to advise on the sale, but the company has been pulled off the market after six months without finding a buyer.
