The Walloon Executive has agreed in principle to the sale of SOGEPA's (the financial arm of the Region) 27.65% holding in Charleroi Airport. Effectively Brussels' second airport, Charleroi/Brussels South (BSCA) has rarely been out of the news as one of the landmark low cost airports in Europe.
