Beijing Capital International Airport Co Ltd (BCIACL) reportedly (15-Oct-08) plans to offer an initial public offering (IPO) of domestic A shares in early 2009 to help fund the construction of a second Beijing airport. The size of the IPO will reportedly exceed its previously announced plan to issue up to 800 million A shares, and will be followed by additional Hong Kong-listed H shares.
