AdP - Business diversity and sales momentum buoys first half results

Aeroports de Paris (AdP) has reported a very positive set of results for 1H08 with revenues increasing across the board and a tight grip being exercised on costs.

AdP reported a 14.2% increase in EBITDA, taking the margin to a healthy 40%. Operating profit rose 12.4% to EUR235.2 million, despite fairly slow growth of 2.8% in terms of passenger numbers (to 42.7 million) and a 2.7% increase in cargo volume to 1.2 million tonnes.
