Orange2fly was a Greek charter carrier based at Athens International Airport. The holding company, Orange2fly Airlines S.A., was established in 2015 by ex-SkyGreece executives who planned to establish a new carrier to serve the region. Orange2fly commenced chartered service operations on 12-Sep-2016.

Orange2fly was denied state aid after submitting an application for a loan in Feb-2021. The carrier has been in bankruptcy protection since Oct-2020 and filed for bankruptcy in Sep-2021.
