Wizz Air to expand Belgrade network in 2012/13

Wizz Air announced (29-Aug-2012) plans to expand its Belgrade network in 2012 and 2013 with the launch of four new routes and the basing of a second A320 at Belgrade - see Route Changes Table for more information. The airline also plans to increase frequencies from Belgrade to Brussels Charleroi, Eindhoven, Goteborg, Malmo, Munich West, and Stockholm Skavsta. The airline plans to launch the following routes:

Wizz Air said it will now offer 13 international services from Belgrade and expects to deliver 550,000 passengers per year to Belgrade and sustain over 500 tourism jobs in and around the airport. [more - original PR]
