Virgin Atlantic CEO confirms discussions with Delta on interchanging crew

Virgin Atlantic CEO Craig Kreeger, speaking at the CAPA-ACTE Global Summit, stated (12-Oct-2017) discussions with Delta Air Lines regarding interchanging crew on each carrier's aircraft could be considered, by virtue of its JV with the US based airline. The two carriers are looking at numerous areas across the business where they can align the experience for customers, so their journey feels seamless whether traveling on a Delta aircraft or a Virgin Atlantic aircraft. Mr Kreeger said the interchangeable crew could be an option "at some point", however added "maybe we'll have to announce that on some other day".
