US President Trump issues executive order suspending entry into US for six countries

US President Donald Trump issued (06-Mar-2017) an executive order suspending the entry of nationals from six countries for 90 days, effective 06-Mar-2017: Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen. The order stated "unrestricted entry into the US" by these nationals would be "detrimental" to the country's interests. The ban shall not apply to any lawful permanent US resident, any foreign national who is admitted to or paroled into the US, any foreign national who has a document other than a visa, any dual national, any foreign national travelling on a diplomatic or diplomatic-type visa, or any foreign national who has been granted asylum.
