Tunisair's 'Vision 2020' recovery plan in final stage of approval

Tunisair, via its official Facebook account, stated (21-Apr-2016) its 'Vision 2020' recovery plan is in the final stage of approval. The plan includes reorganisation of the company, management of subsidiaries, studying the integration of subsidiaries and Tunisair Express, adoption of a new mode of governance, business strategy, improving staff and fleet productivity, improving service quality, modernisation of management tools, cost containment and increasing ancillary revenue.
