Sydney Airport announces 2% decrease in Dec-2011 pax; 35.6 million pax in FY2011
Australia's Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport passenger numbers down 2.2% in Dec-2011 - traffic highlights:
- Dec-2011:
- Passenger numbers: 3.1 million, -2.2% year-on-year;
- Domestic: 2.0 million, -4.5%;
- International: 1.1 million, +2.2%.
- Passenger numbers: 3.1 million, -2.2% year-on-year;
- FY2011:
- Passenger numbers: 35.6 million, +0.2% year-on-year;
- Domestic: 23.9 million, -1.0%;
- International: 11.6 million, +3.0%.
- Passenger numbers: 35.6 million, +0.2% year-on-year;
Sydney Airport: "Sydney Airport recorded solid international traffic growth in the final month of 2011. The key driver continued to be significant growth in Asian emerging markets.
