Singapore Changi Airport announces Oct-2012 pax

Singapore Changi Airport passenger numbers up 10% - traffic highlights for Oct-2012:

• Passenger numbers: 4.3 million, +10.0% year-on-year;

The airport stated (20-Nov-2012) passenger traffic to/from the Middle East continued its upward trend with the region contributing double-digit growth every month this year. Traffic to/from traditional growth regions such as Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia and Southwest Pacific also increased by double digits. Singapore Changi expects full-year passengers to exceed 50 million this year "if traffic for November and December remains unchanged when compared to last year".
