Singapore Airlines needs to find new ways to conduct business: CEO

Singapore Airlines CEO Choon Phong, in the company's monthly magazine, said the carrier needs to find "new ways" to conduct business in the current challenging operating environment. According to Singapore Business Times, he added, "It cannot be business as usual, and I cannot stress that point enough. We must venture outside our comfort zone, and find new ways to conduct our sales and marketing, reduce expenditure, and improve productivity and operational efficiency."
