Senior plc reported (03-Nov-2020) its outlook for widebody aircraft demand has "become more challenging" since its last trading update, although narrowbody production rates from the civil aerospace OEMs have remain unchanged since the end of 1H2020. Senior reported most industry commentators expect air traffic to return to 2019 levels by around 2023 to 2024 and commercial aircraft production rates to recover to pre-COVID-19 levels by 2024 to 2025.
