Russia allows COVID-19 testing instead of 14 day quarantine

Russia's Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) announced (16-Jul-2020) the cancellation of a requirement for mandatory 14 day isolation for passengers arriving on scheduled air services from countries with which there are plans to resume air services. The change is effective from 15-Jul-2020. All foreign passengers arriving on scheduled services will be required to present a negative COVID-19 test taken three days or less prior to arrival or undergo testing within three days of arriving in Russia.
