Red Wings signs agreement on lease of 16 MC-21 aircraft

Red Wings signed (18-Jul-2017) an agreement with Ilyushin Finance Company on the operational lease of 16 MC-21-300 aircraft. The aircraft will be leased for a term of 12 years, with deliveries expected from 2019 to 2022. Each aircraft will be configured with 211 economy class seats. Red Wings director general Evegeniy Klyucharev said the aircraft will enable the carrier to expand its network, enhance effectiveness and stability of the company and prepare it for future growth.
