Ravn Air Group sells Ravn Alaska and PenAir to FLOAT

Ravn Air Group announced (09-Jul-2020) the sale of Part 121 carriers Ravn Alaska and PenAir and related assets as a "going concern" to FLOAT Shuttle, an air commuter service based in Los Angeles. Approval was also received from the Bankruptcy Court for the sale of all 12 lots of Ravn Air Group assets. Ravn Air Group president and CEO Dave Pflieger noted FLOAT plans to "rehire as many of our remaining employees as possible and quickly resume flights to the many vital communities Ravn serves throughout our great state".
