Philippine government agree to bid out Manila Ninoy Aquino Airport upgrades under PPP scheme

Philippines National Economic and Development Authority approved (15-Sep-2016) to bid out Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport’s (NAIA) PHP74.56 billion (USD1.65 billion) upgrade concession under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme. The contract aims to improve, upgrade and enhance operational efficiencies of all existing terminals covering both landside and airside (except air traffic services), to meet ICAO standards.
