Morgan Stanley cuts Latin America's rating; Asia raised

Morgan Stanley cut Latin America's rating to "underweight" and raised Asia to "overweight" driven by strength in China (Bloomberg, 26-Oct-2010). Within Latin America, Morgan Stanley lowered its recommended weighting for Brazil from "overweight" to "equal-weight" and Mexico from "equal-weight" to "underweight" while Chile was upgraded to "equal-weight."
