Majority of trade unions reject Groupe ADP collective agreements

Groupe ADP reported (05-Nov-2020) a majority of trade unions have rejected draft agreements negotiated over the past two months. The agreements include a long term partial activity agreement, in order to face the decline in job activity, a collective mutually agreed termination agreement, in order to accompany the individual leaving choices of each employee, and a collective performance agreement, in order to modernise the relationship with work and to share the efforts "in a spirit of solidarity", ADP stated. The company noted the agreements contained employment guarantee clauses aim to retain skills and prevent any layoffs for economic reasons from 2021 to 2023. [more - original PR]
