Lufthansa SVP channel management: Personalised customer segmentation very important going forward

Lufthansa senior vice president (SVP) channel management Tamur Goudarzi Pour, speaking at CAPA Live from Puerto Rico October 2021, stated (13-Oct-2021) "Customers' behaviour has become much more short term, and we believe this is going to last". Mr Goudarzi Pour said changes in customer segmentation will have to be integrated into the value chain for "every aspect of the industry", adding "it's very important to find a clear compass for how you want to segment your customers in the future, and address them with personalised offers".
