Lithuania to restrict international air services from Apr-2020

Lithuania's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced (01-Apr-2020) the carriage of passenger on international air services is allowed only with permission from the Transport and Safety Administration, and Transport and Foreign Affairs Ministers, effective 00:00 on 04-Apr-2020.
