Korean Air introduces facial recognition boarding at Atlanta Airport

Korean Air launched (07-Nov-2019) facial recognition boarding at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport on 01-Nov-2019. The service allows passengers travelling on the Atlanta-Seoul Incheon route to board after a facial recognition scan without scanning their boarding pass. Korean Air expects the service to enhance efficiency of identification checks and strengthen security while reducing boarding time for passengers.
