Kalitta Air signs agreement with GECAS to be launch operator of 777-300ERSF

Kalitta Air and GECAS Cargo announced (27-Oct-2020) an agreement for the lease of three Boeing 777-300ERSF aircraft, for delivery in 2023. Kalitta Air will be the first operator of the 777-300ERSF converted freighter, which will be the world's largest twin engine freighter. The conversion programme is jointly funded by GECAS and Israel Aerospace Industries. GE Aviation will support MRO engine and power-by-the-hour services for the lifecycle of the converted freighters.
