Jetstar says Virgin Australia rebranding has delivered RASK growth 'at levels we've not seen'
Jetstar Group CEO Jayne Hrdlicka, speaking at the carriers’ 2015 investor day, said (12-May-2015) Jetstar Airways has a strong customer proposition due to Virgin Australia’s rebranding into a full-service carrier. Ms Hrdlicka explained: “Virgin’s core customers were low fares customers. What happens as Virgin moves to a premium position? What happens as they implement new pricing strategies?” Ms Hrdlicka continued: “Customers start shopping.
