India establishes air travel bubble with the Netherlands

India's Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), via its official website, announced (02-Nov-2020) India established an air travel bubble with the Netherlands and "Indian and [Dutch] carriers are now permitted to operate flights between India and Netherlands". According to MoCA, India also has air transport bubble agreements with Afghanistan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Canada, France, Germany, Iraq, Japan, Kenya, the Maldives, Nigeria, Oman, Qatar, Tanzania, the UAE, Ukraine, the UK and the US.
