IATA: Heathrow expansion needs to be accomplished 'at the right cost'

IATA regional VP Europe Rafael Schvartzman, speaking at the CAPA-ACTE Global Summit, stated (12-Oct-2017) the issue with London Heathrow Airport's expansion is bringing infrastructure "at the right cost". Mr Schvartzman said the GBP17 billion associated with delivering the project "doesn't sound to be sustainable", however noted there is a "work in progress to bring this cost down".
