flynas orders 80 A320neos with 40 purchase rights

flynas and Airbus confirmed (16/17-Jan-2017) an agreement for 60 A320neo aircraft plus 40 purchase rights and the conversion of an existing order for 20 A320ceos to A320neos. The aircraft are scheduled to be delivered from 2018 to 2026 and the agreement is valued at SAR32 billion (USD8.5 billion) at list price. The airline currently operates 26 A320ceos. flynas CEO Paul Byrne said the carrier will decide between GE and Pratt & Whitney engines for the aircraft in the coming months, according to Bloomberg.
