Flights operate as usual despite Korean tensions

South Korea's Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs stated international services at Seoul Incheon International Airport are operating as normal, with the airport to continue monitoring developments, following shelling by North Korea which injured 14 South Korean soldiers on 23-Nov-2010 (Bloomberg, 23-Nov-2010).
